RTM

RTM type resins have low viscosity; after curing they have high mechanical properties. VARTM (Vacuum Assisted RTM) is preferred because the vacuum impregnates the glass fibre in the mould evenly and quickly. It saves time and labour during production compared to hand lay-up or spraying applications; therefore, the use of closed mould systems is increasing day by day. The RTM production method eliminates human error, reduces styrene emissions and allows you to produce better and more consistent composite parts. Custom-made resins for different RTM production lines are available in our product portfolio.
